請問到東部騎單車需不需要特別防範小黑蚊？

下個月要到東部參加單車活動
想請問暑假到花東騎車需要注意小黑蚊嗎？
夏天怕熱
我們只會穿短的車衣車褲
但現在花東小黑蚊好像很多
擔心騎車時裸露的雙腿變成小黑蚊的攻擊目標!!
請問如果要噴防蚊液的話是在騎車前或是騎車後休息時噴呢?
運動完汗流浹背，如果還要穿外套長褲把自己包起來防蚊真的太不舒服了...
