| 印度記者騎災民 稱「都是攝影的錯」

【綜合報導】印度北部最近水災嚴重，新聞網站「新聞快遞」記者帕蓋因（Narayan Pargaien）最近深入災區烏塔拉克漢（Uttarakhand）採訪，但他竟然騎在1名災民上做報導，引起網友猛批太過分。
事後帕蓋因解釋，說這名災民同意「給他騎」，而他以報導男子家中災情和付與50盧比（約25元台幣）做為交換條件。帕蓋因還說：「千錯萬錯都是攝影的錯。」指攝影師不應該拍到災民的頭，讓他變成網路的笑話和罪人。

| 男子疑遭毆打 滿臉鮮血腫的像豬頭

【吳世龍／高雄報導】今天凌晨近1點20分左右，一名年約50歲的男子被人發現倒臥在光榮碼頭邊。救護人員抵達現場後，發現男子整個人趴在碼頭邊，滿臉鮮血並明顯腫大，立刻攙扶上救護車送醫治療。至於，男子是被打還是自摔，有待警方人員調查。

| 越民愛黃金 價格下跌瘋搶購

（中央社記者方沛清河內28日專電）由於國際黃金價格持續下跌，越南國內黃金價格跟著下降，今天上午每盎司3570萬越南盾（約1700美元），即使價格仍高於國際價位，越民仍立即轉向購金，專家提醒投資者應慎重。
綜合越南媒體今天報導，黃金價格大幅下降，創3年新低，雖然國內價格仍然遠高於國際價格，差距幅度目前為每1盎司近300美元左右，但是越南民眾黃金購買需求不斷增加，黃金市場交易相當熱絡，多家銀樓出現搶購黃金情況。
以河內市一家著名銀樓為例，交易氣氛相當熱絡，其中主要是購買黃金的投資者。由於供不應求，銀樓只好公告缺貨，要求客戶隔天上午前來交易。
1名民眾表示，黃金價格大幅下跌，所以想購買一些，等價格回升後賣出。不過也有少數民眾將黃金賣出，因為擔憂金價將持續探底。1020628
