苓雅：高市都委會審議通過面積卅一公頃台泥鼓山廠區都市計畫變更案，將取得闢建排水防洪設施解決鼓山三路一帶淹水問題，另有十二公頃公園用地；台泥公司亦同意提供鼓山運河整治所需土地，提早進行廠區老舊設備拆除及綠美化。

來源： http://udn.com/NEWS/STOCK/STO3/8000543.shtml 原文： 市場傳出，亞洲手機晶片龍頭聯發科（2454）自上周起向客戶介紹最新八核心晶片 「MT6592」（指晶片代號），新產品預定11月量產，不僅將成為旗下單價最高的晶片，有 助拉升產品均價（ASP），也代表手機市場將正式跨入八核心時代。 在短期營運面部分，由於市場轉向3.5吋以上智慧型手機，對聯發科有利，法人預估， 該公司6月智慧型手機晶片出貨量有機會挑戰1,500萬套，略優於預期，帶動單月營收站穩 90億元之上，整體第2季營收將超越法說會高標316億元，季成長逾三成。 手機晶片供應鏈傳出，近年力攻智慧型手機市場的聯發科，在前兩年順利一路由單核 進入雙核、四核後，又順利開發首顆八核心晶片，並於上周開始向客戶推廣，預定11月晶 片就要量產，客戶端手機則於今年底、明年初量產，正好趕上明年春節銷售旺季。 手機晶片供應鏈指出，聯發科這顆代號為「MT6592」的晶片採用台積電28奈米製程， 可由八顆ARM A7架構的核心同時運轉，主頻最高可達到2G，與Google所開發下一代作業系 統Andriod 5.0可支援八核心晶片的方向相同，成為該公司旗下最高階的晶片。 由於聯發科這顆八核心晶片在手機業界最常用的效能評比「安兔兔」跑分上，拿到近 3萬分的成績，遠高於主要競爭對手最高階產品的上萬分，讓內部對新產品信心大增，積極 向客戶端推廣。 市場傳出，聯發科現階段主要送樣對象包括中國大陸主要手機廠「中華酷聯和BOLG」 等八大品牌廠（即中興、華為、酷派、聯想、OPPO、金立、步步高等），另有SONY、LG等 客戶。 法人認為，聯發科在中國大陸客戶群廣、市占率高，在其端出八核心晶片後，代表智 慧型手機市場也要開始步入八核心世代，對於該公司ASP的提升亦有幫助。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.7.57
