| 醫院暴力 衛署：絕不寬待

前（三十）日同時發生醫院暴力事件，分別在澎湖醫院急診室與高醫附設醫院加護病房，衛生署痛斥醫院是民眾救命場所，不容許任何原因和理由的暴力行為，地方衛生局與檢調單位會聯手查察滋事民眾，若違反刑法規定一定會交送地檢署，由法院判處罰則，絕對不息事寬待。
衛生署醫事處處長李偉強表示，醫院絕對不容許暴力事件發生，過去地方衛生局可能看新聞後，才知道轄區醫院有民眾滋事，但現在醫院可以立即通報地方衛生局與地檢署，兩個單位會同時配合調查，一旦查出擾事民眾會立即約談，依照證據移送地檢署，以澎湖醫院案件為例，該位民眾已由妨礙公務罪函送。
李偉強強調，任何理由都不能做為醫院暴力的藉口，雖然高醫附設醫院的滋事民眾領有精神障礙手冊，但地方衛生局依然會依規定移送，處罰輕重則由司法程序決定，所有的醫事人員安全政府有必要維護，給予他們一個安全的工作場域，保持民眾能有良好的醫療品質，不會讓任何暴力事件在醫院中發生。
衛生署會持續督促全國醫院、衛生單位、與警政單位共同合作，防止暴力事件再次發生，民眾不要有任何僥倖心態，同時醫院和衛生單位一定要基於保護醫療人員與就醫民眾的安全，給予提告相關協助，避免暴力事件在救人場所中，再次發生。
