| 擋不住老虎 王建民又1.2局提前退場

台灣旅美職棒藍鳥隊選手王建民今天對上底特律老虎隊，因為無法阻擋老虎隊的強勢打擊，再度在1.2局提前退場。
王建民前一場先發面對波士頓紅襪，同樣是投1.2局遭痛擊，掉7分自責分吞下本季首敗。
多倫多藍鳥的打擊線今天很夠力，在1局下就灌進4分，為王建民築起強大後盾，可惜打線在全聯盟名列前茅的老虎隊也不是好惹的， Jhonny Peralta、Andy Dirks、Omar Infante 3支短程安打，Alex Avila適時補上飛到全壘打牆的二壘安打，一口氣追回3分。
稍後卡布瑞拉（Miguel Cabrera）揮出3分砲，以6比4反而超前比數，王建民總計投1.2局被敲8支安打，掉6分自責分被換下場。
所幸藍鳥隊打擊很爭氣，到第七局為止藍鳥隊以6比6追平比數。不過，八局上半，老虎隊再拿一分，目前已７比６領先。
