| 悲慘！少女慘遭父親長期蹂躪 鄰居叔叔也性侵上千次

悲慘！一名剛滿18歲的少女，不但長年遭父親性侵得逞，甚至還在10年前，就被鄰居叔叔猥褻、性侵，直到去年事件才曝光，10年竟然猥褻、性侵上千次，社工聽了她的悲慘遭遇也難過不已。檢方在上月30日依妨害性自主罪嫌將這名色鄰居起訴。
這名剛年滿18歲的少女，她因遭父親長期性侵，日前被社工單位安置在寄養家庭。不料少女在社工面前自爆，隔壁鄰居的一名陳姓叔叔，10年前在她還就讀小二時，就以每次500至1000元不等的價碼，撫摸她的私處，平均每周4次。
等到少女長大一點後，陳男便要求少女替他口交甚至是性交，每次完事後都支付1千元，平均每周1次，持續到今年2月。根據《自由時報》報導，少女10年來被猥褻或性交的次數已高達上千次，儘管她覺得不舒服，但有錢可以拿就很開心。
被指控的陳男否認性侵，僅承認最近曾和少女進行幾次性交易，還稱說2人年紀相差甚大，自己絕不會對小孩子做出這種事情。但新北地檢署在上月30日偵結，認定陳男猥褻和性侵少女上千次，依妨害性自主罪起訴求處重刑。

| 北檢擬傳馬英九當證人 府方低調不評論

台北地檢署偵辦特偵組濫權監聽、洩密案，就洩密的部分，北檢擬先以證人身分傳喚總統馬英九，以釐清檢察總長黃世銘與馬英九在關說案尚未簽結前的談話內容。對此，府方表示，尊重司法，基於偵查不公開原則，細節府方不便評論。
據了解，北檢已與總統府進行初步連繫，想了解馬英九何時有空，待確認之後，再依法發出傳票，請馬英九到案。
特偵組偵辦民進黨總召柯建銘涉嫌關說案，負責偵辦的檢察官鄭深元，在今年8月31日約談證人林秀濤後的當天深夜，黃世銘到總統官邸面報，隔天，馬英九再次請黃世銘到官邸面報，黃世銘因此遭質疑在案件尚未偵結前，涉嫌向馬英九洩密。
