連續8期頭獎摃龜的大樂透，今(7)日晚間將再度開獎，截至目前為止，依銷售金額初估頭獎彩金累計已突破3億元，台灣彩券公司並預估，有機會上看3.3億元。
大樂透自從4月5日開出頭獎，由1注獨得1億0748萬1963元後，至今已連續7期頭獎摃龜，這期頭獎從2億8368萬6951元起跳，而根據台灣彩券依目前銷售金額初估，頭獎累計已達3億0117萬4598元。
台灣彩券預估，在高額獎金吸引下，今日大樂透頭獎有機會上看3.3億元，預料傍晚下班時間買氣進入高峰，尤其今日天氣又不錯，也許買氣會比預期更好，頭獎甚至有機會上修。
根據台灣彩券統計，光去(2012)年中得500萬元以上獎金的高額中獎人就有511人，再次創下歷史新高，其中還有42位是億萬富翁，也同步創歷史最高紀錄，而去年大樂透頭獎中獎人平均頭彩3.1億元，也是歷年最高。
至於這些頭獎億萬富翁有什麼中獎祕訣？台灣彩券表示，至2012年11月底止，共有195位億萬獎金得主，他們有42%都是每期買，5成最常買大樂透，57%購買金額在100-500元，而且45%不固定地點買，69%全部電腦選號，更有高達83%都曾中過獎。
