借用小鴨人氣 宣導災害預防

於基隆海洋廣場所展出的黃色小鴨，歷經爆破風波後日前修復重獲新生，吸引許多的民眾扶老攜幼前來觀賞小鴨丰采。基隆市消防局推展災害預防觀念，保護民眾生命財產安全，百福消防分隊會同基隆市義消婦女宣導隊編排勤務，假基隆港東岸海洋廣場實施防範住宅電器火災及一氧化碳中毒宣導〈見下圖〉，以期防止意外發生。

這次的宣導活動，透過發送手冊、傳單、沿途在海洋廣場廣播、宣導隊伍高舉「發現火災不驚慌、冷靜應變保平安」及「人人防災做得好、家家平安沒煩惱」等標語，鼓勵民眾裝設火災住宅警報器，並提醒加強檢視家中熱水器是否安裝於通風處所，避免有ＣＯ中毒憾事發生，圓滿完成防火宣導工作。
