以美為例談陸生納保 綠批馬亂舉例

馬總統今天以他在美國念書時未繳稅、但同樣參與學校保險和使用公共設施為例說，假如陸生失火報案，難道能用陸生沒繳稅為由而不救火嗎？盼台灣也可以考慮將陸生納入健保。不過，民進黨立委陳其邁批評，馬英九舉美國當例子是「錯把馮京當馬涼」，等於「挺陸生維持現況」；因美國現行是商業保險，台灣現況陸生就可加入商業保險。

陳其邁表示，陸生應該與外籍生一視同仁納保，但都應全額負擔保費，尤其健保財務黑洞那麼大，沒錢就不該擺闊、裝大爺。

陳其邁說，台灣醫療「俗擱大碗」，健保制度已包含政策性的補貼，費率比來就很低，與美國高保費狀況不同，陸生、外生只要加入健保就已可獲得妥善照顧。
