國道計程上路後問題不斷，不僅發生重複扣款問題，甚至連網站都被駭，民眾也抱怨查詢不到餘額、客服電話打不通等問題，遠通被釘的滿頭包，立委也痛批遠通什麼都要錢。針對遠通連連出包，高公局指出，下週會派員到遠通去做帳務查核，並檢查後續流程是否都順利，如有疏失會依合約處罰。

國道計程收費上路後狀況不斷，尤其是有多筆重複扣款的案例更是被民眾罵翻天。面對一連串的問題，遠通電收9日表示，針對多扣款的金額，在計程收費元年（民國103年度）將對用路人加倍返還，並溯及1月2日起的調帳。

遠通電收指出，通行次日起第3天的出帳紀錄是實際扣款金額，如果在遠通電收的檢核機制啟動之後，仍有零星錯帳，將針對多扣金額，在計程收費元年（民國103年度）將對用路人加倍返還，並溯及1月2日起的調帳。

高公局總工程司許鉦漳表示，預計會在下週一13日派員到遠通電收去看他們的後端處理系統，抽查eTag的儲值流程，做帳務的查核，如有疏失，會要求遠通限期改善，否則依合約處罰。
