集集第一商場售出 助地方經濟發展

南投縣集集鎮的第一商場，是公所在民國92年，向財團法人921震災重建基金會，以無息分期的方式，借貸4800萬元，興建二棟住商混合大樓，雖然位於精華地段，卻因設計機能不佳，而遲遲無法銷售，經過基金會的多次催討，鎮公所從95年開始進行標售，前後流標7次，終於在去年底以5960萬元售出，地方居民希望新的經營團隊，可以為地方帶來發展遠景。

這二棟外表看起新穎的建築，集集鎮公所興建的第一商場，1、2樓為店面總計8戶，雖然曾經有商家進駐，但始終難以維持，讓鄉親們覺得相當惋惜。

集集鄉親 李汶靜：「921後蓋的房子很紮實，卻都沒利用到很可惜。」

集集鄉親 曾秋香：「沒有加以規畫，沒有活用，放著空空洞洞這樣，人也沒有。」

因為商場遲遲無法出售，所以基金會多次催討借款，公所也努力進行標售，終於在去年底以5960萬元出售，除可清償債務，更可為公庫入帳1000多萬，鄉親們也給予正面肯定。

集集鎮長 嚴鴻邦：「這個4800萬，在整個公所財力方面，原本就無力攤還，今天它標售大概6000萬，其實對公所的一個財政，當然就幫助很多。」

集集鄉親 邱華春：「這次鎮公所做這個決定也是很正確，我們的債務可以還掉。」

鎮公所表示，得標的企業看好集集的發展潛力，預計改造為觀光飯店，希望屆時可以為地方創造就業機會，帶來更多的經濟發展。
