工讀補充保費標準 將從基本工資往上拉

為了體恤大專院校在學學生打工的辛苦，朝野立委都提出工讀生免徵補充保費的想法，今天(6號)也透過明年度總預算協商，確定將在國內就讀大專院校沒有專職工作學生的扣取下線，從與基本工資為標準再往上拉，但新的標準還要由衛福部再做研議。(程平報導)

國民黨立委江惠貞表示，當初在設定要課補充保費的時候，本來就會有很多爭議，後來就以基本工資當作標準，超過的才課徵，而現在整個健保財務壓力也不大，因此立委才會認為可以讓打工收入超過基本工資的在學學生，可以免徵補充保費。

原本衛福部對於這樣的想法還持保留態度，認為低於基本工資以下兼職所得不課補充保費，就是要排除大學生，不過由於朝野立委都認為應該調整，因此經過協商，社保司長曲同光表示，工讀生補充保費的扣取下線，將會往上調。

至於下線要拉高到多少，朝野立委同意由衛服部研議後再做決定。
