陳守煌：沒看檢評會報告

【黃揚明／台北報導】上月20日遭法務部免職的高檢署檢察長陳守煌今在立院司法委員會答詢國民黨立委呂學樟質詢時指出，他是20日下午才收到檢評會的決議書，但19日法務部長羅瑩雪已核定警告，且20日上午就已做出調職決議，所以當時他收到決議書後並沒去看。但他仍重申，他只是依照他的職權和檢察官討論、溝通，並不是關說。

呂學樟質疑，檢評會僅建議警告，為何法務部要讓陳守煌免職。法務部次長蔡碧玉說，檢評會決議文中認定陳關說，法務部依檢評會建議記警告，但職務調整是部長權責，「不是行政處分」。
