房門貼「No AV」遭鄰告誹謗　不起訴

【呂志明／台北報導】住台北國際學舍的35歲陳姓男子，不滿隔壁日本留學生長期製造噪音，前年12月中旬在自己房門貼標語「No Noise No AV」，還以箭頭指向日本留學生房舍，暗指日本人製造噪音、播放A片聲音過大，去年3月又貼標語「自言自語No Noise五音不全」，加註小標「日本無法反省侵略歷史」。日本學生怒提誹謗告訴。

陳男辯稱，因為大聲放音樂、看影片或唱歌，都會打擾他人，「自言自語No Noise五音不全」並沒指名道姓，「No Noise No AV」就像是禁止吸煙告示，希望鄰居共同營造居住環境，箭頭所指代表噪音方向，未指明特定人。

北檢指陳男主觀認定「自言自語」、「五音不全」與社區安寧有關，並無誹謗故意，今將他不起訴。
