紐約新市長元旦就職 柯林頓夫婦見證

即將在下週正式走馬上任的紐約新任市長白思豪(Bill de Blasio)，將在前美國總統柯林頓(Bill Clinton)的見證下宣誓就職。

白思豪將於明年1月1日在市政廳舉行的一場儀式中，就任為美國最大城市—紐約市的第109位市長。

過渡小組28日宣布，柯林頓將為白思豪的就職監誓，屆時使用的將是美國前總統羅斯福(Franklin D. Roosevelt)所有的一本聖經。

白思豪曾在柯林頓任內，在美國住屋及都市發展部(U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development)任職。

據指出，前國務卿、同時也是柯林頓的夫人希拉蕊(Hillary Rodham Clinton)，也將出席這場元旦舉行的儀式。

白思豪是在上個月贏得大選，接替退出共和黨成為獨立人士的彭博(Michael Bloomberg)，成為紐約自1989年以來的首位民主黨籍民選市長。
