hTC洩密案 首席設計師等9人起訴

手機大廠__宏達電的高階主管、涉嫌集體詐領設計費三千多萬、以及竊取商業機密的案件、台北地檢署今天偵結，首席設計師__簡志霖等6名員工，以及三名業者、總共9人被起訴。其中、簡志霖因犯後態度不佳，被檢方求處從重量刑。 ==台北地檢署發言人　黃謀信== 被告簡志霖犯後仍飾詞狡辯否認部分的犯行因此承辦檢察官認為其惡性非輕請求法院對被告簡志霖予以從重量刑 簡志霖等人被控在今年六月，將公司營業機密、尚未公開的設計圖，洩漏給大陸人士，作為雙方未來在大陸地區所成立之新公司所用，損害宏達電利益，被台北地檢署依違反營業秘密法、以及證交法之背信罪起訴。
