湖南瓜農死亡案　4名城管被判監

湖南臨武縣一名瓜農死亡的案件，法院判處4名城管人員故意傷害罪名成立，判監3年半至11年不等。

事發在今年7月17日早上，臨武縣城管執法人員與一對非法擺賣的瓜農夫婦理論，並發生肢體衝突，瓜農之後倒地身亡，及後揭發4名城管將瓜農懷疑毆打致死。
