衝突釀千死　南蘇丹政府願停火

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】南蘇丹首都朱巴15日爆發大規模衝突以來，造成上千人死亡，超過12萬人顛沛流離，南蘇丹政府27日總算表示同意停火，以結束國內衝突，南蘇丹外交部發言人表示政府宣布即刻開始停火，並給予反抗軍領袖前副總統馬沙爾3天時間回應。

南蘇丹政府願意停火，是由於27日在肯亞首都奈洛比舉行的東非「政府間發展組織」（Intergovernmental Authority on Development）首腦會議，呼籲雙方利用這個機會結束衝突，展開和平會談，雖然政府同意停火，但表示一但遭到攻擊就會反攻。

同時主要產油區馬拉卡爾激戰延燒4天，27日政府軍擊退馬沙爾領導的反抗軍，讓總統基爾相當振奮。
