醉男坐霸王車不付215元　運將怒告詐欺

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市一名周姓男子（42歲）今天凌晨涉嫌坐霸王車，車資215元不給廖姓司機，又辱罵司機，司機一氣之下，直接載周男到派出所，怒告詐欺罪。周男辯稱，平常下班經常到台中市潭子區頭張路一家海產店吃宵夜，有喝酒，由店老闆代叫計程車送他返家，因和老闆熟悉，吃飯、喝酒、代叫計程車都賒帳，每日十日再與店老闆結帳。廖姓司機質疑周男胡扯，強調到海產店載周男返家，他身上根本沒錢，還要我白跑一趟去向海產店老闆收車資，海產店早已經關門，實在離譜。
