美股基金續失血、融資創新高，個股走勢愈顯分歧

美國投資公司協會(Investment Company Institute，ICI)24日發布的統計數據顯示，截至2013年12月18日為止當週美國股票型基金淨流出26.98億美元、連續第4週失血；此前連續6週呈現淨流入。今(2013)年1-10月美國股票型基金僅有4個月呈現淨流入。

紐約證交所(NYSE)官網(http://goo.gl/wDdk1e)數據顯示，截至2013年11月底融資餘額達4,237.03億美元、連續第5個月創歷史新高，年增幅達29.6%；融資GDP佔比達2.7%、創歷史新高。

Hussman Funds經理人John Hussman 23日指出，紐約證交所目前的融資餘額已達美國銀行體系所有商業/工業貸款餘額的26%。

businessinsider.com 26日報導，如果未來出現類似2000年、2008年的超大型併購案，美國股市本波多頭行情很可能會畫下句點。例如，微軟(Microsoft)宣佈併購雅虎(Yahoo)、好讓Marisa Mayer擔任微軟新執行長？蘋果(Apple Inc.)宣佈併購推特(Twitter Inc.)或SnapChat、WhatsApp等社群網路公司？亞馬遜(Amazon.com)宣佈併購Pandora或Netflix？

Bespoke Investment Group 20日指出，標準普爾500指數雖迭創歷史新高，但目前僅有70%成份股高於50日移動平均線、低於10月時的逾80%以及5月時的逾90%。
