男邀女同事做愛　女夫嗆「去看A片打手槍」

【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園1名游姓汽車旅館員工（45歲），日前間趁女同事手拿物品上樓之際，由後環抱其腰部，還邀對方到其他汽車旅館發生性關係，並稱「如果妳同意的話，欠我的20萬元不必還，以後還可以給妳錢。」該被害女子當場掙脫，並嚴詞拒絕。
 
事後被害女子向汽車旅館老闆投訴，游男獲悉後打電話給被害女子，被害女子的丈夫氣得搶過電話，斥「去看A片打手槍！」後怒掛斷電話。由於雙方調解不成，被害女子堅持提告，桃園地院依違反《性騷擾防治法》判處游男拘役50日，可易科罰金。
