綠地民營化 私募基金搶進

大陸推動新一波國有企業改革，上海率先發布國資改革「20條」，內容涵蓋股權多元化、發展混合所有制等內容，隨即吸引多家私募機構競逐大陸第二大房地產商綠地集團，卡位上市前的增值空間。

據綠地11月在上海產交所發布公告，綠地此次增資擴股，新股占總資本20.25％。增資完成後，綠地集團國有持股比重將降至50％以下。

上海聯合產權交易所公布資訊，平安創新資本、鼎暉嘉熙、寧波匯盛、珠海普羅、上海國投協力發展等五家私募機構分別認購綠地10.37億股、4.44億股、4億股、1.04億股和1億股，增資單價均為每股5.62元，總金額117.29億元。

綠地集團是上海國資系統的房地產業鉅子，已公布五年內上市的計畫。該集團2012年營收達1,985億元，淨利潤67億元。今年上半年，綠地以653億元的總銷售金額再次成為僅次於萬科的大陸第二大房企。　此次最大贏家是與上海國資有著深厚淵源的平安創新資本，平安創新資本斥資58.3億元，獲得了綠地集團近10％的股權，占增資擴股規模的半壁江山。平安創新資本為平安信託下屬投資平台。
