青年住宅圖利建商　李婉鈺召百人抗議

【呂健豪／新北報導】因不滿新北市青年住宅政策有圖利建商之嫌，新北市議員李婉鈺今天下午2時，號召上百人至新北市中和秀峰街的青年住宅預定地抗議，並要求新北市城鄉發展局副局長曾志煌作出承諾，修改與建商的青年住宅BOT案合約內容。
 
李婉鈺指出，現行青年住宅BOT案與建商的合約內容，青年住宅總戶數百分之三十可由建商自行買賣，僅提供百分之二十一的租金八折優惠，如此合約內容根本就是巧立名目來圖利建商，喪失原本政府社會住宅政策的美意，因此號召青商會100多人上街頭抗議。
 
對於李婉鈺的指控，新北市城鄉發展局副局長曾志煌則回應會再進行研議，對於修改合約內容無法立即做出承諾，也讓李婉鈺及現場民眾大感不滿，表示城鄉發展局副局長無實權，下次將再度上街頭表達訴求，且將地點轉往新北市府，讓市長朱立倫聽見青年的聲音。
