【林奐成／綜合外電報導】英國劍橋大學科學家成功從老鼠視網膜中抽取細胞，再以3D列印技術，製造出活的眼部細胞，意味透過3D列印技術助失明人士重拾光明的目標，又邁進了一步。

英國廣播公司報導，3D列印機製造神經膠細胞（glial cell）和神經節細胞（ganglion cell），這兩種細胞負責傳遞訊息至腦部，並保護神經元。

研究人員指出，多種導致失明的眼疾，都與視網膜細胞有關，希望日後可繼續發展有關技術，支援視網膜修護手術。
