日月光停工 經濟部：儘速協助恢復生產

日月光被勒令停工，經濟部憂心如果停工時間超過三個月，會不利於國內的半導體供應鏈。經濟部次長杜紫軍表示，經濟部尊重高雄市環保局的處分，但遺憾可能對產業造成負面影響，經濟部目前的態度，是積極協助廠商改善處理廢水的管理措施和改善計畫。

杜紫軍也表示，高雄市政府處分日月光，日月光如果在法律上採取行政救濟措施，是兩造在法律上的權力和責任，經濟部不會介入，只是希望協助日月光儘速恢復生產，避免波及台灣的半導體產業。

杜紫軍：『因為我們一直認為說，環保單位做出的處分，基本上是一個矯正措施，不是目的，目的是希望廠商在符合環保法令的前提之下正常的作業，所以我們也是朝向這個目的來做。』
