【短片】綠委要監察院　儘速彈劾黃世銘

【何哲欣／台北報導】檢察官評鑑委員會調查後認定，檢察總長黃世銘有濫權監聽等事實，有懲處必要，決議由法務部移送監察院審查，並建議撤職，但監委吳豐山說，這與監察院調查狀況一樣，將併案處理。民進黨立法院黨團下午舉行記者會說，檢評會調查的範圍，比監院調查範圍大，建議撤職的人也不只黃世銘1人，監院不能併案，應重新分案審查，否則新案會被舊案吃掉，等於變相幫黃世銘護航。

民進黨立委李俊俋說，依《法官法》規定，檢評會已經決議後，監察院就必須受理，並分案調查，監委不能投機取巧、便宜行事，併案處理，應該要有道德勇氣，儘速通過彈劾黃世銘，讓黃世銘下台。立委陳其邁也說，檢評會已經移送，監委就要趕快開會審查，不然就是包庇護航，併案就是吃案。
