明年元旦起　竹市府調高臨時人員基本薪資

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市政府今天釋放利多，宣布明年元旦起，調高現職滿1年的臨時人員薪資1-3%，以基本工資19047元為例，加薪571元，變成19618元，比勞委會核定明年7月起調整的19273元，還要多，成為全國首例。

新竹市人事處說，勞委會宣布自明年1月1日起，每小時基本工資額調整為115元，明年7月1日起，每月基本工資調整至19273元。但為了提振基層員工士氣，新竹市政府決定明年元豆起率先調整臨時人員薪資。

市府表示，明年1月1日起，調高現職滿1年臨時人員薪資1-3%，將以薪資未滿2萬元者3%、2-3萬元者2%、3萬元以上者1%進行調整。

市長許明財表示，在消費者物價指數飛漲市場環境裡，他希望可以帶頭發起基本勞工薪資水平調升的推力，促進民營企業攜手關注員工基本生活所需，保障員工基本生活條件。

民進黨市議員林智堅表示，基本上基層臨時人員薪資不高，也多年未調整薪水，因此若市府財政可支應的話，他認為是可讓提昇基層人員士氣，對行政效率也有幫助。
