(中央社記者王淑芬高雄16日電)高市府環保局長陳金德今天說，日月光董事長張虔生「胡扯」，連3年都查獲日月光公司違法偷排廢水並裁罰，10月循後勁溪追到日月光的同時，業者還在偷排。

日月光董事長張虔生在台北召開記者會說，日月光絕無偷排，也沒暗管；指偷排是偶發單一事件。他說，12月9日得知10月1日K7廠廢水外洩是單一意外事件。

陳金德受訪駁斥張虔生「胡扯」，日月光公司根本是蓄意。

陳金德表示，市府在民國100年、101年都各有3次裁罰日月光的紀錄。他說這次環保局稽查人員循後勁溪查污追查到日月光公司，當時公司還在排放強酸廢水。

陳金德說，日月光公司如果監測系統故障，應該要通報環保局，既沒有通報，稽查人員追查到日月光的同時，還正排放強酸廢水，且自動監測系統顯示的PH值就是強酸，日月光公司應有掌握。1021216
