男不甘被資遣　回公司刪監視器檔案被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】37歲王姓男子2年前在台中一家公司擔任資訊系統管理員，今年5月被資遣，同年6月13日晚上9點30分陪同廖姓舊同事回公司加班，竟趁機進入公司監視錄影設備電腦主機房，刪除錄影系統電磁紀錄，致錄影檔案全數銷毀。
 
後經公司資訊系統管理人員發覺電腦設備異常，報警查獲。台中地檢署今依入侵電腦、破壞電磁紀錄罪將王男提起訴。
