烏克蘭總統特赦 釋放被捕抗議者

烏克蘭總統「亞努科維奇」特赦，釋放了9名在上個月底被逮捕的示威抗爭民眾。不過，總統與抗議民眾之間第一回合的對話進展不大，因此不少民眾響應反對黨的號召，陸續抵達首都「基輔」，準備參與週日的大規模抗議活動。

烏克蘭這一波民眾抗爭從上個月開始，由於總統「亞努科維奇」決定暫不與歐盟簽屬預定的自由貿易協定，而向俄羅斯靠攏，因此引發民眾怒火，數以萬計的群眾在首都市中心的廣場持續抗爭，期間爆發警民衝突，多人被捕。

而烏克蘭總統「亞努科維奇」在強大的民意壓力下，態度改變，表示願意與歐盟簽約，但是俄羅斯指責歐盟干涉烏克蘭內政，而「基輔」也持續傳遞一些相矛盾的訊息，讓民眾無法確定烏克蘭到底會不會與歐盟簽約，因此反對黨號召民眾，周日舉行大規模示威，繼續對政府施壓。
