台股明年指數　美國ＱＥ是關鍵

【黃國棟／台北報導】台股明年可否飛越8500點？成交量能否重回千億元水準？總統府資政陳冲今天表示，美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed)的貨幣寬鬆政策（QE）退場時間是關鍵。陳冲表示，即將接任美國聯邦理事會主席葉倫日前在美國參議院的聽證會提及，QE要退場必須有一段期間，而這段期間必須是能維持美國持續的經濟復甦、降低失業率的前提下，才會讓QE逐漸退場。因此在此前提下，對全球股市的衝擊並不會太大。

陳冲今天上午是出席2014年理財新布局的經濟論壇，而同樣參與論壇的渣打銀行首席經濟學家福銘財也提到，QE的轉向是保有相當大的彈性，因此對於全球的經濟、股市衝擊不會太大。至於明年台股的指數與成交量，陳冲則說，自己不會去預測股市。
