東北季風增強　北部及東半部有雨

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，今天華南移入的水氣稍微減少，中南部地區有機會見到陽光，降雨也比較偏在山區，但東北季風白天起會增強，海邊的風浪較大，迎風面的北部及東半部地區降雨較明顯，欲赴海邊活動請注意安全。

中部以北及宜花地區清晨低溫略為回升，大多在15到17度，南部及台東地區低溫19度，白天高溫北部及宜蘭地區在20到21度仍偏涼，中部及花東地區約23、24度，南部有機會到27度，感受上就不像前幾天那麼冷。
