大同消防分隊浴火重生　淬鍊黃金級綠建築

【簡銘柱／台北報導】位於台北市重慶北路的政府消防局第四大隊暨大同分隊，於921大地震時，建築結構遭受嚴重損壞，必須拆除重建。北市府費時2年，於2013年11月完工。

該建築以消防救災業務為首要需求，停車空間足夠停放臺北市最高雲梯車；配備出勤滑桿及滑昇門，讓消防及救護隊隊員，能在最短時間內完成出勤。大樓電力系統及 緊急發電機均設置於地面層以上，確保汛期救災不中斷。

耐震係數較一般住宅建築增加百分之50，有效提升耐震能力，屹立保護民眾生命及財產安全。全新的第四大隊 暨大同分隊，如同浴火重生般，淬鍊為黃金級綠建築。
