​藍委擬提減刑　王金平：德政

【陳培煌╱台北報導】國民黨立委廖正井研擬提減刑草案，以解決監獄人滿為患問題，立法院長王金平今在立院受訪表示，這是值得大家共同討論問題，現在監獄人滿為患，微罪盡量減刑，讓受刑人回家從事生產與照顧家庭，讓家庭更為和諧圓滿，這也是一種德政考量。

對於是否會擴大減刑範圍？王金平說，可以繼續討論，案子提出來，大家還可以提修正。媒體追問是否在替前立委顏清標解套？王指出，案子屆時若通過，顏清標應該也已經服刑期滿，對顏來說沒有影響。
