微軟作業平台大一統 傳2015年實現

根據科技網站ZDNet，微軟計劃發表代號為Threshold的Windows作業系統系列更新，包括Xbox遊戲主機、Windows Phone智慧手機、和Windows等三大平台都將受影響。

ZDNet引述匿名人士報導，這項重大更新行動計劃2015年實現，屆時三大平台將更統一，擁有更多共通之處。

推出Threshold之前，微軟預定在2014年上半年發表Windows 8.1更新版，並釋出Windows Phone作業平台的最新版本Blue。

另外，根據市研業者Net Applications調查，上個月Windows 8和Windows 8.1合起來在PC作業系統市場占有率，僅比10月成長0.05個百分點，從9.25%增至9.3%，主要是Windows 8市占從7.49%銳減至6.66%。反觀三年前推出的Windows 7，全球市占到上個月仍在成長，從46.12%上升到46.64%。
