馬英九：可摧毀核電廠　朱立倫頻緩頰

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】總統馬英九昨天接見「中日工程技術研討會」日本學者時表示，當核電廠接近失控時，「我們可以把電廠整個摧毀，避免輻射外洩！」今天新北市長朱立倫，在主持新北市消防局救災救護指揮中心啟用儀式記者會後，對記者提問有關馬總統摧毀核電廠的看法時，頻頻替馬英九緩頰。

轄內有3座核電廠的朱立倫表示，馬英九指的是萬一核電廠遭遇緊急安全的必要時刻，可以用灌水方式，讓核電廠不能再運作，來降低災害風險，絕對不是所謂的炸掉核電廠。
