立委批黃世銘是膿瘡　要求法務部別再包庇

【何哲欣／台北報導】檢察總長黃世銘恐遭監察院彈劾，國民黨立委呂學樟上午質詢時痛批，黃世銘是膿瘡，再不拿掉，對法務部、對政府的形象，都是很大的傷害，黃世銘連國會都敢監聽，法務部不能再一直包庇他，不要再讓他繼續死皮賴臉，要求法務部要處理，「不行的話，我們連特偵組也要廢掉！」

法務部次長陳明堂答詢說，黃世銘經總統提名、立法院同意後任命，有任期保障，目前檢察官評鑑委員會已在調查中，會注意後續的處理狀況。
