花蓮議員迎小鴨　縣長：沒必要一窩蜂

【王文傑／花蓮報導】花蓮縣議員余夏夫今縣政總質詢時，建請縣長傅崐萁主動邀請黃色小鴨來花蓮，將能有效刺激觀光人氣。

傅崐萁今天中午答詢時說，黃色小鴨重要在於原創精神，只要民眾能體會就好，他沒必要一窩蜂跟進，他要把錢用在該用的地方。觀光旅遊處長蘇意舜說，曾初步評估邀請小鴨遊花將耗資5千萬元，將擠壓其他觀光預算，如今沒計畫迎小鴨。
