【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國一名13歲少年，因過度沉迷色情網站和A片，從3年前開始性侵一名只有8歲的女童，惡行更足足持續2年，案件近日開庭審理。

案情指出，涉案少年自小缺乏照顧，曾被母親男友虐打，甚至親眼目睹母親及其男友毫不避忌在自己面前做愛，導致少年充滿性幻想，每日花幾小時上網瀏覽猥褻影片和照片，3年前更將年僅8歲的女童當作洩慾工具，惡行持續2年之久。

少年雖承認性侵、強姦和企圖強姦罪，但礙於他尚未成年，加上法庭考慮他的家庭背景，未能像成年犯罪犯般將他判處入獄10年，只勒令少年登記為性罪犯，接受為期3年的康復治療。
