林克穎聲請交保　英國法院今開庭定准駁

【胡守得／台北報導】撞斃孝子送報生易容逃回國的英商林克穎，經台、英簽署「關於引度林克穎瞭解備忘錄」，林在上月17日遭蘇格蘭警方逮捕，隨即送愛丁堡地方法院羈押在案，林對於在本國被逮、被押相當不服氣，連向法院提出保釋聲請，英國法院排定今天上午第3度召開羈押庭，將由英國檢察官代表我方進行法庭攻防。

由於英國時間晚台灣8小時，外交部駐英代表處將派員全程旁聽，並立即回報結果，台灣時間最快預計傍晚後才能傳回相關開庭訊息。
