【方翊倩／綜合報導】上周二高清愿突然請辭統一企業董事長，由擔任總經理的女婿羅智先接任。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，羅智先受訪展現掌門人架勢，首度透露這幾年的心境：「（經營）沒有最好，只有更好」。他宣示集團將大幅走向年輕化，「統一在中國的員工平均年齡是29歲，在台灣卻是55歲，相較之下，台灣幹部的壓力相當明顯。」表示線上主管將由40、50歲幹部擔任。而羅智先的妻子、高清愿獨生女高秀玲，也進入集團各公司董事會，接任3公司董事長。這個市值7500億元的王國，正市邁入羅智先夫婦的時代。
