機車2階燃料費 12月開徵

機車今年一月免換發行車執照後，燃料使用費改與汽車相同於每年七月徵收，公路總局昨（二十）日表示，由於今年史首次改變徵收方式所以分兩階段進行，十一月下旬將進行第二階段徵收，繳納期限為十二月一日至三十一日。

第二階段是針對出廠逾十年且過去五年內沒有使用道路違規紀錄、沒有投保強制汽車責任保險、沒有參加環保排氣檢驗紀錄及行照有效日期逾五年等符合報廢切結條件的機車，經公路總局於八月底寄發報廢切結通知書給車主至十月一日仍未完成報廢登記者。

公路總局強調不符合上述報廢切結條件機車，一併於本階段寄發繳納通知書。
