派軍拯救張安薇？　嚴明：不能隨便介入

【陳培煌╱台北報導】台商情侶在馬來西亞邦邦島遇襲案，失蹤的張安薇仍下落不明。我國防部長嚴明今赴立院備詢被問到是否派軍拯救時表示，「不可以說隨便就介入」，軍事衝突或者有協防條約才會用到國防武力，不能夠說想去就去。

嚴明說，我特戰部隊被賦予反劫持任務，但行政院已經明確指示外交部、內政部與警政署協助斡旋、解決問題。
