內閣頻出包　綠委諷：無能接力賽

【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨團幹事長高志鵬今批評，文化部長龍應台昨說部會輪流出事，可讓大家喘口氣，這樣的風涼話，難怪內閣會頻頻放火、展開無能接力賽，今年3月以來每個月都有部會出包，按照龍應台的羅就，這是內閣發揮同事愛，輪流出包為上一個出事的解圍。高志鵬說，這樣下去台灣人民鞋子丟不完，呼籲總統馬英九應該重整內閣，調整不及格的內閣成員。

高志鵬也批，蒙藏委員會委員長蔡玉玲在立院備詢一問三不知卻落淚，「不要再掉眼淚了，該掉眼淚的是台灣人民。」

民進黨立委姚文智說，內閣最大的問題是將帥無能、累死三軍，內閣出包主要是讓馬英九喘氣，讓九月政爭他自己放的火可以喘口氣，龍應台已經詮釋了馬英九領導的內閣狀態。
