涉侵占國有地 劉政池300萬交保

苗栗縣長劉政鴻的弟弟劉政池，因他位於陽明山的別墅遭檢舉涉嫌侵占國有地，士林地檢昨天前往這處別墅搜索，挖出由貨櫃組成的大密室，約談劉政池到案說明。 檢方漏夜偵訊後認定，被告犯罪嫌疑重大、有勾串共犯證人、逃亡之虞，今天凌晨向法院聲請羈押。士林地院上午召開羈押庭，剛剛作出裁定，以新台幣三百萬元交保。

至於劉政池的兩名女兒昨天晚間偵訊後，分別以一百萬跟兩百萬元交保。
