中藥入菜 「太好吃」

天氣逐漸轉涼，新北市經發局昨舉辦「元氣進補、產業進步」中藥推廣宣傳會，示範藥膳料理做法，並展出珍藏的野生黃蓍、肉蓯蓉（蓯音同聰）、何首烏等8種少見珍貴藥材，昨共推出10道創意藥膳料理，香氣撲鼻令民眾食指大動，活動結束立刻橫掃桌上菜餚，大讚「實在太好吃啦！」
經發局表示，國內中藥市場有近9成原料依賴進口，將協助新北市中藥商，提升產業整體價值及效益。文•圖╱李定宇
