桃園地院審理洪案 前二六九旅前旅長出庭

桃園地方法院就陸軍下士洪仲丘案件，今天下午開庭審理，傳喚二六九旅前旅長楊方漢出庭，楊方漢出庭時表示，二六九旅禁閉室接收禁閉生，只做形式審查，因為幕僚已經批核。

桃園地院合議庭審判長鄭吉雄認為送洪仲丘關禁閉室，層層沒有發現洪案附件有缺漏，照樣接收。
