暴動小貓下落不明 律師向俄高院上訴

俄羅斯女子龐克樂團暴動小貓(Pussy Riot)成員之一的托洛科尼可娃(Nadezhda Tolokonnikova)的律師赫努諾娃(Irina Khrunova)今天(7日)表示，她已經向俄羅斯最高法院提出上訴。

暴動小貓2012年2月，在莫斯科一座大教堂演唱抗議總統蒲亭的歌曲，遭到逮捕，其中2名團員被判處2年有期徒刑，第三名團員上訴獲得釋放。

24歲的托洛科尼可娃在9月間指控獄方人員虐待，生命受到威脅，以及關在同一牢房的監友面對不人道的處境，包括1天工作17小時等，因而展開絕食抗議，要求移監。

監獄方面在10月18日表示，將她轉移到其他監獄；但是赫努諾娃表示，有跡象顯示，托洛科尼可娃已經被轉送到西伯利亞的1座監獄，位在莫斯科東方大約3,600公里；不過赫努諾娃表示，這些都無法獲得證實。

國際特赦組織在6日呼籲俄羅斯當局，要將托洛科尼可娃的下落告知她的親人，並且讓她跟律師見面。

監獄方面表示，除了親戚以外，當局不能向其他人透露囚犯的下落。但是托洛科尼可娃的丈夫韋齊洛夫(Pyotr Verzilov)日前告訴美國新聞網站Buzzfeed，他一直沒有妻子的消息，她目前所在位置也不為人知。
