港政要認梁振英政府低估發牌風波衝擊

大陸香港區「全國政協委員」「劉兆佳」認為，港府可能低估了最近鬧得沸沸揚揚的「電視發牌事件」，所引起的民怨；劉兆佳也擔心，事件可能繼續升溫。

劉兆佳在接受香港電台訪問時說，他相信，港府決定發放電視營運執照時，應該是充分考慮多項因素，不過對外解釋時，理由卻抽象籠統，很難不讓外界覺得有所隱瞞。劉兆佳也說，他從事件發生之後，接觸了不少「建制派」，也就是親北京人士，甚至連建制派人士都認為，港府這次在處理電視執照發牌事件，讓他們「難以理解」與「不公平」，連他們也無法面對市民反彈。

劉兆佳說，「香港行政會議」應該認真重新檢視他們所做的決定，是否合適；如果維持原議，必須要說服市民，如果要更改，更需要考慮如何改變，才不會損害港府的威信。
