新浪財經訊北京時間11月1日晚間消息，一份行業報告發現，對沖基金從業人員收入連續第三年上漲，2013年一業績平平的對沖基金的入門級分析師的平均年薪高達33.5萬美元。

大型對沖基金公司的投資組合經理目前心情也不錯，周四公布的2014年glocap對沖基金薪酬報告顯示，他們的平均薪酬高達220萬美元。
